It was an amazing experience, the stuff was kind, especially Marianna, they were willing to help with anything. The room very clean, cozy, with everything you need inside. Breakfast had everything I could ask for, from local marmalade to eggs, bacon, cream cheese. I recommend your stay here, and whenever I come back to Yerevan this is where I will stay!

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

Nice central location Very Old building which might be scary when you walk in but very clean rooms Friendly staff. Towels smell humidity , shower curtain was yellow at the bottom 😐 Rooms very warm as we visited in winter comfortable beds. No safe in the room No kettle (but u can borrow one from reception) Fridge available Tv not working Good hotel at the end

This cute little hotel was centrally located and offered a tasty hot breakfast every morning from a friendly staff. The staff was also very helpful with helping us find the places we wanted to go and would call for a car if we requested. If you are looking for a economical, friendly and carefree stay in Yerevan, you should consider this hotel.

We stayed for a night. Located at the center of the town so very convenient for walk around the city. The room is simply basic and clean. Breakfast is offered at 8AM. I remember it was 8 but some reports at 7 so not sure. If this is important topic, please find out by yourself to hotel. Only the negative point is that the walls are too thin that you hear noises from the next door room or hallways. We booked thru Expedia with international flights and the accommodation was almost nothing, so no comment on pricing.
